After discovering decorated confections in New York, I went on to study decorated sweets both in Japan and abroad.


【Pop-up Shops & Events】

In 2015, I was involved in the creation of the “Gio no Megumi” series of confections as a new product for Kagoshima City. I developed the Lava Brownie,
which became a hit at Fukuoka Avanti. It was featured in the Minami Nippon Shimbun and Solaseed Air.
In 2016, I opened a pop-up shop at Amu Plaza called “Chocopaku.”
All 1,000 items sold out within a week. On some days, they sold out in just one hour, proving their immense popularity.
2017: Produced and sold Christmas icing cookies at the Huis Ten Bosch Rose Festival.
2018–: Produced icing cookies for the delivery ceremony of GST Co., Ltd.’s Kagoshima Branch.
2021: Aeon Mall Kagoshima “Unmaka Marche”
January: Cute Forest Melon Bread; June: Cute Forest Maritozzo; September: Modern Ohagi, Flower Fruit Daifuku—sold out at every event.
2021: At the Hulic Cup Women’s Shogi Tournament held at Ibusuki Hakusuikan, Flower Fruit Daifuku, Kimono Cake, and Blueberry Squash were selected as snacks for the shogi players

November 2021: Participated in the Tea Market at Amu Plaza Kagoshima; Modern Ohagi sold out within 10 minutes every day
